When you call, the staff at Le Petit Répit first informs you of our services, the various sources of funding available to help you and evaluates your needs.
A schedule for our services is established according to your request. Note that a minimum of three hours is required for each request in order to comply with minimum labor standards.
You are informed of the service costs, but will never have to pay the person who visits your home directly. An invoice for the amount due is sent to you by mail in the following days.
The manager chooses the best suited person to come to your home and take care of your children. The person will confirm its presence by phone. Whenever possible, Le Petit Répit will favor that the person selected is always the same who will visit your home in order to preserve the thrust and establish a relationship with your family. If this is not possible, you will be notified.
